Cartoon Network's 'Adult Swim' is a block of animated shows aimed towards teens & adults. Not to mention lacking music videos. Though I compared 'Adult Swim' to MTV because animation geared towards adults weren't that popular with exception of "The Simpsons".

20th anniversary of the historic benefit concert. Just bought the "Live Aid" DVD, I was a baby when it happened, and I agree with most people that nothing beats the original. Some of the original artists like U2, Elton John, and Paul McCartney are on "Live 8", along with several of my favorite current bands, but I don't think it has the same magic. Though still for a good cause and "Live Aid" probably started the whole benefit concert idea to push awareness of serious issues like sending food, health care, etc. to third world countries.

Fortunately, "Looney Tunes" & "Tiny Tunes Adventures" could be seen on reruns or DVD.

Though "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" was a better movie & had better actors.

"Woops!" was a dumb sitcom about a couple survivors trying to survive a nuclear holocaust. Much like the characters from "Lost" have to survive an unknown island. Not to mention both being bad shows.

Both are about a geek who bribes the popular girl into pretending she's going out with them. She changes who they are and turns them into jerks. In the end, the guy realizes he was a jerk and becomes himself again and gets the girl.

This movie is an EXACT replica of the 80's version, only with different characters and a ghetto twist. The story line is identical.

Both movies deal with kids under 12 years old dealing with scary situations with haunted houses. The only difference I can think of right now is that MH is animated and TMS is live-action that. TMS is IMO is better!

Suprisingly similar in content. Like Homer Simpson, Oscar Proud is a henpecked husband who tries his best to raise a family. Like Grampa Abe Simpson, the grandmother is ashamed of the son. The same with the rest of the family in a couple episodes. Penny Proud is like a mixture of Bart & Lisa. She's a brat like Bart, but isn't "cool" like Lisa. Even some the characters are like The Simpsons like Wizard Kelly, who's a greedy businessman like Mr. Burns & Lacienga, the unforunate J. Lo caricature, is like Nelson, Bart's enemy. Like "The Simpsons" with many celebrity cameos, many African American celebrities guest "voiced" on the show. Unlike "The Simpsons", the show is too corny is aimed towards the tween audience instead of a broader audience. Not to mention "The Simpsons" longevity.

Despite being on an digital format, it still have the crummy sound & poor, or fair, picture quality. Goes for every tv show, cartoon, commercial, movie compilation set.

And uncut, for the better or worse, for those who're fans of classic animation. (Based on a short I saw)

Turner Classic Movies is what American Movies Classic was like over 15 years ago. Or possibly TNT, but the movies aren't colorized, which is a good thing for fans of classic film. Though American Movies Classic now air commercials, "current" movies from the last 20 years, and some cheesy shows, for the better or the worse.
